The pool area is very nice and well maintained (bug spray is helpful with all of the foliage around the pool).The unit itself is nice and clean. We had an AC issue but that was resolved quickly (communication with hosts was very good). The washer/dryer is coin operated and there is only one set for the entire building. We never had to wait to use it but I would have packed differently had that been clearer in the listing, which is the only reason I am mentioning it. We absolutely loved this property for its location and it was the perfect amount of space for ourselves and two teen kids. The condo building was overall very quiet but beware that it’s close enough to Tiki Bar that you can hear the music late into the night with the windows open but if you shut them, you can’t hear a thing - they are truly soundprooof! The AC is a bit complicated to get working but the host was super responsive and their directions made it easy to get it going again. It’s such an easy walk to the beach and it’s far enough from the entrance to Coligny that the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Everything was clean from the actual property itself, to the grounds that the condo sits on. The views of the pool and ocean are perfect, even from the bedroom. Beach access was nice and the beach in front of and near the property are also clean with lots of real estate to set up a beach day with the family. The location is very walkable to Coligny Plaza, where there are tons of shops and restaurants. The host is friendly and will answer your questions if you have any. The owner was very receptive and had great communication. The pool was nice and it was steps from the beach. Cleanliness was the only issue.
