Our second floor 1BR condo at HHIBT Resort (Ocean Villa A-225) is very close to the beach/pool. Our condo is ocean front across the front of the A building (no parking lot view). Marsh and Atlantic Ocean view!
Keyless Keypad door entry.
We will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. Extra disinfection will be used on items such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, remote control, etc... Towels & bedding are washed in HOT water between stays.

One (1) parking pass is included with your rental fee. Additional parking passes are $25 each.

Great View
My husband and I stayed in this condo for a long weekend. It was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The view and proximity to the beach were awesome. The condo is small, but great for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen needs but there isn’t much room for cooking a big meal. As others have stated the building can be loud but it really didn’t bother us too much. We ate at the sports bar in the resort one evening, the food was just ok but the atmosphere was fun.

Great Stay, Awesome View!
Had a great time at this property. Updated, clean and well stocked with kitchen / linen items. It was just my wife and I. It was a good size for us. More than 2 may be a little tight. But still a great space, location and resort.

Wonderful place with nice view.
This one bedroom condo really does live up to the reviews. Very clean unit with a beachfront view. If your not beachfront, your gonna be looking at the parking lot. The communication during booking was easy and no further communication was needed, which is the way it should be. Couple of minor comments because no place is perfect. The bar height chairs at the eating table are uncomfortable due to sharp front edge, the ceiling fan above the bed makes an odd noise and the dishwasher pods were unusable as they disolved in a baggy. These are minor but I mention them to support how good this place is and always look for improvements. Thanks, we'll be back.

A great place to stay
The view from the condo is amazing. This was the 3rd time staying here and we plan to go back again. Everything is clean and the condo is well stocked to make the stay convenient. The owner keeps everything updated, there was some new furniture since our stay last year. The beach is great and we love that the property has pickleball courts.

Sunrise views and the beach at your doorstep
As promised, the condo had great sunrise views from the patio and the boardwalk to the beach is practically at your doorstep. It was perfectly cozy for our small family and very well stocked for cooking simple meals. We had breakfast each morning on the patio to enjoy the sunrise views, and ate out for dinner each night since the place is really only has indoor “table” seating for 2 (and our 2 kids are too messy to eat with plates in their laps). Since the beach is right there and tracking in sand is inevitable, I also appreciate how clean it was on arrival and well stocked with enough towels and linens for all of us! We will definitely be back!

Great property & experience!
Everything about our stay was wonderful. The view was amazing. It was a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach. The unit was fresh, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including beach items. While the beach was busy, the resort area was quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend A225.
