The master bedroom and all bedrooms are on the main floor and no steps needed to get into the house or bedrooms from the front entrance. Our Cottage is truly located in the heart of Old Town, directly accross the street from the historic Heyward house, and with all the shopping, restaurant, parks, live music, and Mayriver within a block or 2 from the front door, our home is literally steps away from it all. The beautiful new Wright Family Park which is right on the water with shore access during low tide & fishing is just a 4 minute walk away. You can also enjoy beach access at any of the public Hilton Head beaches just a short drive to Hilton Head We are also happy to include with every booking the use of our brand new 4 seater Golf Cart with all bookings! The home is very clean, comfortable and so well stocked. The beds are very comfy. The smoker is fun to cook on and the private fenced courtyard works so well for our pups. I love sitting on the back porch and looking up at the giant trees and watching the many birds. The house is located in the old town district and is within walking distance to two lovely parks. We stayed during May fest and enjoyed the bands & events across the street from the house. A big plus was the golf cart that was included with our stay! The house is beautiful inside and includes all the household amenities for our stay. Perfect for families, because it includes a high chair & crib. Also, our little dogs loved the fenced in back yard that had a deck & was very quiet. It was lovely to sit on the screen porch with our coffee in the am. It is located on a very busy small street that can be noisy at times, but it also had a lot of trucks & vehicles setting up for the May Fest event. We so enjoyed this little gem of a cottage & town, and the hosts were quick to respond and look forward to coming back again! ##### Sherry C.
