Overall however the unit is perfect for a family or even 2 small family’s. It has 2 masters which are both equipped with big beautiful showers. Reviewer Comments: we have stayed at this condo several times with no complaints, until this year. we had a mouse eat through a cooler, had to replace bread twice and some bananas. the pullout couch had mice droppings and could tell there was evidence of nesting. both sliding door were not functional so we were down to one door. We really enjoyed the layout of this unit and the proximity to the beach. The unit was relatively well stocked with basic supplies. It did look as though it could have been cleaned one more time before we arrived, there were some dead bugs/minor debris throughout the place, and quite a few of the “clean“ dishes were actually dirty. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very nice location, very clean . it was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The only thing wrong was in the first floor bath/ laundry there were loose floor tiles around toilet also had cracks toilet must have slight leak. Comfortable bedrooms, good sized baths and showers, very clean! One of the closest properties to the beach access in Shipyard.
