Updated condo ready for your awesome vacation, be sure to check out our amazing guest reviews! 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 540 sqft Ocean Villa end unit with extra windows for lots of light and quietest location on the resort. Enjoy a spacious tile and glass walk in shower, stainless steel appliances in rhe kitchen along with loads of cooking and serving pieces, new flooring throughout and a new leather sofa! A short stroll to all resort amenities including lighted tennis and pickleball courts, pools and the beach. Or for complete relaxation, kick back on the quiet balcony and enjoy a drink at the end of an action packed day. This beautifully decorated end unit boasts a kitchen with glass front cabinets, granite countertops, a large island, and new full-size range/oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. With the 2 extra windows only available in the end units, you'll enjoy a bright, open and spacious feel in this cozy condo. Rental includes FREE Wi-fi, local & domestic long-distance calling, and wall mounted Roku flat screen cable TV for your streaming services. On-site amenities include a beautiful beach, FREE lighted tennis and pickleball courts, bike rentals (with bike path access to virtually every corner of Hilton Head Island!), fitness room, 2 pools, dining, playground, laundry facilities in each building, and much more. We get lots of compliments for the comfortable sleeping on the queen size bed in the bedroom. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is the 'best kept secret' for a fun vacation in the area and this 1 bedroom unit is one of the nicest in the complex. Please note - Guests may not bring Pets/ESAs on HHBT property/condos. A $250/day fine on-going until the animal is removed from the HHBT premises will result.

This property is such a gem! So nicely decorated and clean and on the end so it was very quiet and felt private. The unit was well appointed with everything you need for a great beach vacation. The owners are super communicative which gave us peace of mind. Fortunately we didn't need a thing but if we had any issues, I am sure they would have been resolved on the spot. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time here! The condo was very comfortable and had all that we needed for a relaxing vacation! And the hosts were incredible - their communication before, during and after our stay was top notch!

This is not our first time staying in this unit. It is beautiful and very comfortable. We come to Hilton Head every yearAnd stay at this same resort. By far this is our favorite unit.

This resort is very dated and nothing like the pictures in the reservation. We first got to the hotel and they gave us a room completely different than the one that was showing in our reservation. When we got to the room the sofa was so dirty with some questionable stains. Then I had to go back and get new room and the elevators took forever because one was broken. So we had to keep taking the service elevator. When we got to our room the room was better so we thought. At least the couches were leather and I was able to wipe off the sofas but there was a little chair that still had lot of stains. The kitchen had literally no pans, Kitchen towels, dish soap or sponge. If you renting an apartment these things are suppose to be in it. Every other apartment hotel we have stayed at have had atleast things to wash your dishes with. The bathroom was so dated with the vanity that smelled soo bad. After all this we didn’t trust the bed sheets because they looked so bad. We actually went to target for bed sheets and pillow. There were only three pillows per bed and we need two per person. We called the front desk and they said house keeping closes at 4 now you would only know that after you check in. Then it gets even better, the kitchen had so many cockroaches and it was so disgusting. We barley stayed in the hotel because we were so disgusted and my little daughter has autism and was freaking out over the cockroaches all over the kitchen. The apartment and hotel were so dated.

A Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Kellie and Phil’s condo. The condo was clean, quiet and a perfect size for a couple. Kellie and Phil had great communication before and throughout our stay, making check in and check out seamless. The condo is steps from the beach and the provided beach chairs and umbrella was a nice touch. We had a lot of fun and were able to relax during our stay here. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location

We loved this location! We had the beach, pool, pickle ball courts, and sports bar all within steps of the condo. Everything else on the island was within biking or just a 10-15 minute car ride. Condo was clean and it had everything we needed. We had such a great experience!

Perfect getaway

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. We are so glad we decided to book this property. We were pleased with the location and the cleanliness of the unit. Kellie was quick to respond throughout the booking and stay. There is so much to do on the property if you don’t want to leave, yet you’re not far from shopping and all of the other tourist attractions. We can’t wait to come back to the island in the future!

Great Landlords

We have stayed two years in a row in this lovely condo. Not only is the condo comfortable, but the owners go the extra mile to accommodate guests and make them feel welcome and satisfied. The property itself is easily accessible to the beach and offers amenties such as the pool, pickleball courts, restaurants, security, etc. The grounds are well maintained. Summer vacation get-away

Property was exactly as described and shown in photos. This unit truly was the "Quiet Corner" of the neighborhood. Close to a wonderful beach, dining, and many other forms of entertainment. Truly enjoyed our involvement with the hosts. While we did not speak in person or over the phone, Kellie was very quick to reply to all of our e-mails and texts and was most helpful in the process of making reservations and getting settled when we arrived. Would highly recommend these hosts and their condo on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

Our Perfect Getaway

We were so thankful to spend our 1 year wedding anniversary at this beautiful place! Very clean and private. This was the perfect getaway with easy access to the beach, pools, and great restaurants! They went above and beyond for us with their generosity and communication! Everything we needed was provided including helpful information and recommendations about the island. Short Getaway

My wife and I wanted a 4-day stay on Hilton Head that was simple and we could just relax. We chose this condo because it had a short walk to the beach, was close to good restaurants, and looked updated from the photos and description. We got just that. The communication with the owners was the best of any VRBO experience we've had. Everything was simple and well explained. The unit was clean, nicely updated, and everything worked as it should. The overall resort was easy to navigate and everyone was friendly. We had a great relaxing trip and enjoyed the condo. We would definitely book this unit again when we plan our next getaway, even if we needed to adjust our schedule to fit into the bookings for this unit. Thanks to the owners for providing such a nice condo and making sure their renters have everything they need.
