With modern updates, a great private pool and an easy 15-minute walk to the beach, you’ll experience a family vacation on Hilton Head like no other. The living area features cathedral ceilings, hardwood flooring and a huge flat screened, mounted TV with surround sound system room. \*\*Fireplace is not for guest use.\*\* The dining area, just off the living room, has seating for 4\. The breakfast bar can also be used to seat 2 more, and the kitchen has a separate table with seating for 6\. The spacious kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters and a tile backsplash. The main floor primary bedroom is located to the right of the entry and features a queen bed and a flat-screen tv. The primary bath has twin sinks, a jetted tub and an ornately tiled shower with multiple showerheads. Two guest bedrooms can be found on this level. One has a queen-size bed and is decorated in navy and whites and the other has two twin beds. These rooms share a jack-and-jill bath with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. On the second level, you’ll find the second master a queen bed is and a mounted flat-screen TV The private bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. This level also has a “sitting” room with a twin sleeper chair and a futon that folds out for one or two. Another flat-screen TV is in this room and is perfect for the kids to hang out in. This Sea Pines home has a great backyard! There is a great pool, outdoor dining area and a grill for added enjoyment. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. This is a dog-friendly home and a fee of $225 plus tax per dog. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds each, The garage & fireplace are not for guest use. Hilton Head Sea Pines rentals are located in the Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Hilton Head Island that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers, there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, and a broad range of shops and restaurants that will please every vacationer. Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation; 1 pass per car is $17/week. We arrived to dirty bedding, hairs in the bathroom, every utensil we touched being dirty, beer cans in the garden, dirty grill, broken patio umbrella, etc.. We contacted Sunset Rentals who sent over the rudest "cleaning crew" who arrived with a wet rag and dawn dish detergent to wipe down things. He did this while explaining that he always gets called to clean messes people create after they check-in. He would then clean an area and ask if we are happy now so he could leave. We tried reaching out to Sunset Rentals again but had no response for the remainder of our stay. On a positive note, the pool was great to have and we enjoyed it.
