5th Villa to Beach Remodeled for 2021- Steps to Open Beach ** SLEEPS 7 **

This condo was renovated with new kitchen cabinets, crown moulding, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, high quality sleeper /sofa (queen)in the living room, porcelain tile floor in winter 2020. The condo is conveniently located on the first floor and just steps away from the beach (the 5th villa from the beach) -- 3 minutes and you are on the sand!. For your added enjoyment we have installed ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room as well as a flat panel tvs /cable access in both rooms. Free Wireless Internet Access Provided.
There is a small deck to relax on outside the villa and listen to the ocean waves and feel the ocean breeze. The deck faces Admirals Row (very quiet). The resort has the Island's largest oceanfront pool. There is also a Tiki bar there to relax and have a drink while listening to Island Music (In Season)

The resort also features an exercise center, full service Sports Bar / Restaurant, a store, TEN tennis courts, shuffleboard, a playground, and daily activities for the children (in season. There is also a bike rental company onsite if you want to take advantage of Hilton Heads wonderful bike trails.

Perfect!
The host was so gracious and quick to respond. Location was perfect, exactly how described along with the pictures, loved that we were on the beach. Definitely wish we could have stayed longer but we’ll for sure rent with them again!!

Great property to rent. Clean, up to date cute little condo right off the beach. All that we needed to make our stay on HHI comfortable. Beach chairs and wagon available to take things to the beach. Simple things like decent toilet paper and soap, shampoo and conditioner ready for use in the shower were nice extras. Owner sent all check in info way ahead of time which was nice to have. Check in was easy and even a bit earlier then expected. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any question. Would absolutely stay here again. 😊

Vacation time
Overall, I would have to say the condo was good. Minus the second day we were there returning from my sons bootcamp graduation, a long day… we get to the condo and find we cannot get in. Noting that the deadbolt was locked and in the details of our contract it stated that could only happen if someone was inside the unit, which there wasn’t. We contacted maintenance workers, HVAC, housekeeping two ladies at the front desk and the condo owner. No immediate solution was available. Finally, after some time and my friend having to jump over the balcony railing to check the door, a key was magically found that unlocked the deadbolt. All of this was very frustrating and drawn out. I never heard back from the condo owner after that or was given an apology or offered any compensation for our vacation time being interrupted due to no fault of our own. I forgot to mention the pest control people had been in the building that day and apparently THEY had locked our door… no one else’s, just ours… which is odd.

beautiful scenery
the property was very clean and safe. there is everything you need in the resort. you have wonderful views of nature and the beach. The condo was also clean and the owners were very nice, answered questions promptly, and the condo was just as described. I also liked that the owners recommended local stores and restaurants
