We had 15 people between the two homes and it was awesome. The house had a few maintenance issues - burned out light bulbs, a broken sprinkler pipe that created a big puddle in the courtyard and the electrical outlets built into the kitchen island countertop are pretty much impossible to get open at this point. It was a great location with a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The property managers were great to communicate and work with. The property managers were very helpful and accommodating. The walk to the beach is shorter than it looks on a map and the street is very quiet. We opted to have the pool heated because temps were in the 50's at night and 70's during the day. The water stayed at a perfect 88 degrees. The house was very clean but could use a coat of paint everywhere inside. You can tell it has been well used but everything worked well and was in good shape.
