We have been going to Sea Pines for over 10 years and this was probably the best property in which we have stayed. We had 12 people from 3 different families and the space was just perfect for spending time together but also allowing everyone their own space. The house was very clean and in great shape. The location was fantastic. It is located on a quiet street so perfect for taking walks around the neighborhood, a very short walk to the beach and convenient to the bike paths and golf course. We had a couple of questions for the rental company (nothing significant) and they were extremely responsive and helpful. The home was spacious with a nice floor plan for everyone to have their own space. The property manager was very responsive as we did not have any beach towels and also our dryer did not work. They replaced the dryer the same afternoon that we called. Was surprised there was not basic condiments like salt, pepper, seasonings, hand soap and dish soap in kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and privacy of the back yard. Outdoor furniture was plentiful and it was nice to have 4 bikes included. The check in was stressful because the instructions said to go to the Welcome Center but then the Welcome Center directed us to the Property Management Company and the lock box for the parking passes would not open. It may have been easier to just go directly to the gate and pay for the week pass. Really no reason to have to go to the Property Management Company because garage code and front door access is included in the text you should get 24 hours before arrival. Overall it was a comfortable house and the bridge to the beach is right across from the property. Good location. Sea Pines Beach Club was a nice place to grab lunch and a drink.
