Kitchen had everything we needed. Short walk from the unit to the beach with the softest sand! So many paved paths to walk and bike on. Our only complaint was the pool and hot tub were dug up (to be replaced). We were not told the pool and hot tub would be out of commission- we chose this building because of the beautiful pool. The only negatives were parking garage is not exactly designed for larger SUVs so parking was often challenging and the elevator closest to this condo was out of order but that’s ok. Grocery and restaurants nearby, very safe and well maintained; we used the public grills several times and enjoyed our time in this comfy condo. Renting bicycles and beach stuff was a plus as well.
