Very well equipped and furnished and in great location. The only thing we felt was missing was a larger outdoor dining table for family dinners, but that was not a big deal. The house itself was clean and the layout was perfect to allow us to stay in separate rooms while being on the same floor as both kids. The location is perfect for a quick walk or bike ride to Coligny Plaza which has tons of food options and shoppes to enjoy. This is a beautiful property, well maintained and very comfortable in every way! The Vacation Company was very responsive when we had no WIFI to get it resolved for us. Very well laid out for four or more families to have a weeks vacation together. It has everything that you could wish for and it is in pristine condition. The Vacation company was also very efficient meeting you on your arrival and explaining how everything works. They were also very responsive to our needs whilst we were on holiday. From the beauty and charm of the home to the exceptional attention from the property manager, we couldn't ask for more. I can't say enough about the professional and personal attention we receive from the Vacation Company staff. Simply outstanding. This was the second time we stayed in this perfect home with friends and family and it never disappoints! Gorgeously appointed and very welcoming this home surrounds you with warmth and instantly draws the word, "wow" out of you. From top to bottom it is nothing less than spectacular. The pool and surrounding patio is simply amazing and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather of Hilton Head. Sitting on the upper patio taking in the view and sound of the ocean that is directly in your backyard truly makes it almost impossible to leave. Simply stated, this home leaves you speechless.
