Very family friendly area with shops and restaurants nearby. The security guards on the premises were so friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the plumbing but it was resolved quickly. There was a heat advisory with very high humidity during our stay so that might explain why the front door was so hard to open - it felt stuck and didn't want to open, but I think that was the weather so I didn't mention to management. The bed in the room was fine; my son said the pull-out mattress wasn't very comfortable. I had to call to get the correct info. They need to update the paperwork. Included on the paper was instructions to call and repair the wifi yourself as the property owners would not do it for you. Although the units are small, they are fine for two people. The biggest issue for us is the bed up against the wall because we are in our 70s and it makes it difficult to get in and out of the bed. I realize options are limited because of the size of the room, but it would make things just a bit better if there was another way to rearrange the room somehow.
