The showers are fabulous, the beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works well and is quiet. The only addition would be a hand rail to get in and out of the pool and the hot tub if you have an elderly guest with mild mobility issues. The beach and pool were great. The house was nice, but a little shabby in places- worn, tired furniture, scuff marks on the walls, etc. The kitchen was top notch and the master suite was huge. Nice screened-in porch and a lot of room for the 11 people on our trip. The other bedrooms are rather small and the basement bedrooms are dugeon-like. Some of the bedrooms had no chest of drawers, so there’s no where to put your clothes during the stay and the other bathrooms are tiny. The second and third floors were beautiful and very functional for three families. The new kitchen was second to none. The house was very clean. The pool and ocean occupied most of our time! The outdoor grill seemed very new, and worked well. The only down side we saw was the lower level master bedroom. The AC vent was by the head of the bed, and extremely noisy, making sleep difficult if not impossible. Also with any rain, there was a very annoying drip onto the AC unit outside that bedroom that also made sleep difficult.
