Neighborhood security issues. Everything was great. Very nice house that our extended family of 15 enjoyed. Small pool was a fun place for the little ones. Very short walk to the beach for tons of fun. The bikes that were included were fun for riding on the beach and around the neighborhood. The only real drawback was the neighborhood security. We were warned by friends that there were reports of multiple vehicle breach-ins, so we took extra precautions. But it wasn’t enough as one of our cars were broken into at night. Great location and lovely home. The property is very well maintained. We were very pleased with the response of the management company when we called regarding the barbeque. We felt that a few updates were needed in order to give this home a better rating. The two master bedroom beds were fine, however, all the other matrees and box springs could use replacing. They were very soft and squeaked when one moved around. The kitchen was very well equipped but the knives used in food preparation need to be replaced, they were very hard to cut with. It would have been nice to have some cleaning supplies to keep the kitchen and bathrooms clean during our stay.
