We were told it would be heated when we arrived, it wasn’t. I called and spoke to the maintence guy and he told me since it was cold out that the temperature will never hit the desired heat. We have a pool/spa at our home and know that this is incorrect. My husband thankfully knew how to turn the heater on and it was locked at a temp of 90, that’s not a spa.
