This lovely home is new to the rental market and has just received a full renovation including all new furnishings. The home is an open floor plan and all on one floor! You will love the soft coastal colors and open space, perfect for your new family getaway! 11 Wildwood offers two separate living areas. The main living room is located just inside the front door. Here you will find a couch, loveseat and 47" SMART TV. The additional living space is just off the kitchen and has a beautiful light blue sofa and 41" SMART TV. The fully-equipped kitchen is gorgeous with granite counters, stainless appliances and beautiful pale gray cabinets. The kitchen also offers access to a screened porch and deck with no rear neighbors, for even more privacy. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. The master has a king bed, 32" SMART TV, access to the screened porch and a renovated bath located en-suite. The two guest bedrooms have two twin beds each, 24" SMART TV's and share a beautiful renovated full bath located in the hallway, for easy access for guests. Head outside where guests can enjoy a nice screened porch with two chairs, tv and ceiling fans. The outside deck also offers two chairs and a BBQ grill with stairs leading down to the landscaped backyard. There is a neighborhood pool, tennis, basketball court and playground that our guests have access to. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen has pretty much what you need for preparing meals if you choose to do so. My only suggestions are the washer dryer- small capacity and had to run dryer twice to get towels dried. I'd also recommend a grill... even if just charcoal. And for the most part it was a relatively good remodel and with good furnishings. EXCEPT you could tell they skimped in places - the outlets were recycled from some old house with old pain on them. Also if you have small children there were quite a few face plates that did not fit well over the electrical boxes (eg kitchen light switch by screens in porch and electrical outlet under the kitchen counter.). Next the master bath is so small you really only could fit one person at a time in it and it had very limited counter space. I had to leave my things out in he master bed on a dresser. I am not an obese man and I had to turn a little sideways just to get through the door without striking the jam. Also here is not tub in the master just a 3x5.5 walk in shower. The worst part was the beds - the mattresses and the sheet were awful. We had 4 people in our group and all of us complained that they could not get comfortable in the beds. The sheets felt like sand paper. Literally fine grit sand paper. The washing machine is or looks older than my children and did not work well at all. It had so much rust under the lid we kept getting rust flake in our clothes. The dryer was all but useless. We had to routinely drape the clothes over the chairs to try to dry. Now all this can be easily fixed if the owners are so inclined. But be aware ##### Clayton C.
