This property was perfect for us. We had coffee and toast on the screened patio/kitchen every morning before heading out to explore. At night we’d relax on the couches for a few minutes before dispersing to our own bedrooms. I was a little worried about 1 bathroom for 4 adults, but the toilet is separate from the sink and shower so it worked perfectly for us. There are TVs in the bedrooms, but I don’t think we even turned them on. The property was extremely clean and the garden in the back made it feel like you weren’t 1/2 a block from a major shopping center. The location was 5-10 minutes from UH and close to national chain stores, but still felt secluded. Séjour de 7 nuits en mai 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Sam S. 14 janv. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Christmas 2024 in Hilo. Nice place with lots of room for 4 adults. Spacious parking. Easy to find and get to from all areas. Close to shopping and restaurants!! Listings said laundary onsite. But didn’t list it was pay laundary. That was disappointing. ##### Sam S. Séjour de 15 nuits en décembre 2024 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Rod and Lorraine T. 28 oct. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Hilo holiday While the property was quite spacious there were some issues around: 1\. use of laundry 2 remotes for tvs didnt work 3\. There were NO knives other than huge carving knives and very small butter knives. Normal size table knives were absent. 4\. There was no toaster or kettle for boiling water. 5 Diana was away which is ok but there was no one we could talk to about any of the concerns and only that we complained by email were we then able to access the laundry eventhough the apartment advert was clear that it would be available. 5\. Diana's manner towards us was at times rude and often unhelpful. When we asked about the tv remotes her response was that she didn't know how they worked! ##### Rod and Lorraine T.
