Relax with family and friends at this beautiful peaceful property located in Hillwood. A quick 25 minute drive from Launceston.  
  
Nestled in the serene landscapes of Hillwood, Tasmania, our newly built house offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and breathtaking natural beauty. With stunning river views that will leave you in awe, this property is ideal for families and groups looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life while still enjoying easy access to Launceston, just a quick drive away.  
  
As you step inside, you'll find a spacious and elegantly designed interior, perfect for gathering with loved ones. The open-plan living area seamlessly connects to a large deck where you can unwind and soak in the picturesque surroundings. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy alfresco dining as the sun sets over the river, creating an unforgettable backdrop for your evenings.  
  
Explore the stunning nature that surrounds you—whether it’s going for a walk, bird-watching, or simply enjoying the tranquility. After a day of adventure, return to the comfort of our home, where you can relax and create lasting memories.  
  
This home has 3 great sized bedrooms. The master has a luxurious king sized bed, walk in robe and ensuite. A queen bedroom with built in robes and the third bedroom has a single bed and trundle.   
  
We are an eco friendly property. No nasty chemicals are used. Please make sure to read the welcome book when you arrive on how to use the fugi clean system. Tank water is also used.

Guests have access to the whole house. Feel free to walk to the river and it's surrounds but please respect our neighbours privacy and do not enter their property.  
  
We are available if needed during your stay. We are only a phone call away.  
No Parties Please.  
  
We would appreciate it if you left your shoes at the door.   
  
This house uses a Fugi Clean system. please make sure you read the house manually before putting anything down the drains.  
  
No parties. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.  
  
A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.  
  
Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.  
  
If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.   
  
Stripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.
