The house on Carriacou’s Paradise Beach. Walk through the front door to the breath taking views of L Esterre Bay, Sandy Island and Union Island on the spacious veranda. The house can comfortably sleep up to 4 people. .Base rate includes 2 adults 2 children under 18\. $25USD per night for extra adult (2 max) The loft style king-size bedroom looks out over the water to sandy island while the twin room has views of palms and papaya trees in the garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom as well as a lounge area. The veranda provides the main living space and leads down to the courtyard and out on the beach. Just a short walk out of the hat and to your left down the beach is Hard Wood Bar. A local hangout where amazing rum punch or any ice cold bevy you wish for and delicious food is always being cooked. On the left side Banana Joes Bar where dominoes are being played and the rum is flowing. The guys there are always happy to help with anything you need to know. A little further is Off The Hook Bar & Grill, the perfect place for a lobster dinner... The village is a quirky community of salty souls peacefully going about their days. We loved, loved, LOVED the location, right on the most idyllic gorgeous beach! The porch was a perfect spot to hang out, relax, swing in the hammock, or read while listening to the sea. There are no close neighbors, so it feels secluded, yet the Paradise Beach club and a couple of bars are just a few minutes walk down the beach. Bayside Cafe is also a little place just a few minutes walk up from the beach behind the house that has delicious food. The house had all of the necessities and the bed was comfortable. There are also 2 kayaks provided, which we used to kayak out to Sandy Island and around the bay...very much appreciated! Graham and Cindy even arranged for their regular taxi driver, Linky, to pick us up from the airport, which made getting to the house so easy. And Janel, the property manager, was very responsive to any questions we had. Carriacou is such a special island with the friendliest people. Every day since we've been home we've wished that we were back there. From the moment we stepped inside and were welcomed by the house manager Leslie, we felt at home. The location was perfect for snorkeling, swimming and enjoying local cuisine. Beautiful property: I loved to watch the rain from the balcony. The beach right outside the gate was perfection and the garden was gorgeous. The open concept design of bed to beach encourages full immersion in to the lush natural environment that surrounds this home. Owners Graham and Cindy and housekeeper Andrea made the whole experience from booking to check out smooth and easy. Andrea's welcoming presence upon arrival melted all concerns away and allowed us to drop in to a carefree existence. For my husband and I this was indeed Paradise. ##### Robin B.
