Great location on the harbour. Lots to see and do. Easy for walking. Close to transportation. Very friendly staff. Handy airport shuttle. Property is a bit tired, but clean… Price and location would bring us back.

This property was used as a pre-cruise hotel. Being right across from the cruise port, the convenience is indisputable. The in hotel restaurant was very good, there is an Starbucks counter off the lobby, and the deli 2 doors down was another option for food, basically on property. The HOHO trolley was across the street as well as down a block.

Didn’t like: old, dirty, glass bathroom door provided no privacy, outside sliding door very dirty, shuttle wait was over 40 minutes

I reserved a king. They gave me two fulls(those beds were not even queen)
I paid extra to have harbor view. Yes, the room faced the harbor… if I looked over the roof that covered the view.
The balcony didn’t even had room for a chair.
And the constant noise of the elevator made for a sleepless night.

I love the views of the bay from this hotel. The property is a bit dated but still a nice place to stay. The location is perfect for walking the waterfront and into Little Italy. The only problem I had was we arrived a bit early and were helped with storing our bags and were told to check back later for room availability. We came back a couple of hours later to check back and there was a young man at the front counter. The first words out of his mouth were “We don’t have to guarantee you a room until 4:00pm” I knew that already but the way he said it showed that he needed a little more customer service training. Otherwise, I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Reception staff were amazing and super helpful. Housekeeping was awful. We only got one facecloth each night (we stayed 6 nights) and I had to ask each night for an extra one. No bathmat one night and garbage not emptied even though it was overflowing
Hotel itself is a bit tired looking but overall clean

Great location. But the room was quite old and bathroom is dark. A lot of noise too. Doors are very heavy and people slammed them a lot. Noise from above too. Front desk never picked up phone. Extremely convenient for a cruise because the terminal is literally right across the street. Good for a couple of nights though.

The property is in a good location. Within walking distance of a lot of things. However, the rooms are small & the bathroom has no fan. A fan is a must when sharing a room with someone. Highly recommend they put bathroom fans in. Also, the room is too warm. No fan and the thermometer only went down to 67 which is too warm. Leaving the sliding glass door open is not safe.

Room had hair from previous occupant all over the bathroom and the blanket had a hole, so the stuffing was coming out. Other than that, it was fine for coming in for a conference.

Great location. We had a queen size room on top 14th floor with balcony and with view of bay. A decent sized room. Comfortable bed. Bathroom needs more counter space. Sliding door did not stay closed. Recommend updating all. The view of the dirty rooftops from glass elevator is not very charming. ClaimJumper was okay but venue seems old. Ruth Chris steakhouse was wonderful. Very nice staff all around.

The property is dated, there are multiple towers and you have to walk outside at night to get to front desk. The rooms on lower floors feel unsafe as can be access from outside with ease. Front desk staff could not tell us where we could eat when arriving after 10pm. They gave misinformation about store that was open to buy snacks. Overall not up to Wyndham standards. We changed hotels.

It was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. It had a small vanity area. The door to the bathroom was the barn door type with a translucent area. That was fine for us as a couple. There was a vending macine nearby. It accepts credit cards only. We both tried more than one choice, but we were not able to get it to dispense bottled water. It was quite aggravating to get back to the room, check our credit card accounts, and see pending charges with nothing to show for it. We did finally get bottled water from the gift shop. We would stay here again. It's a great location close to the Santa Fe Depot and the trolley system.
