This is a cozy little place. It is nice but be aware the cabins are small. Has a very neat little tap room that is quite fun. The owners are very sweet and welcoming. Very easy access to Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse.

We stayed in Aspen cottage for a week. The cottage was perfect for our needs. The location is perfect for all the activities in the Black Hill area. The property was very well maintained and clean. The owners provide a fun atmosphere with nightly bon fires, grilling area and tap room for gathering and conversations. We will be recommending to everyone and hope to return some day.

The property was immaculate. The location was perfect with great views. The cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and we had HOT water!!!! The owners treated us like family and they take such great care of the property. Unbelievable place to stay. I would highly recommend Black Elk Resort, and we can't wait to come back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Black Elk Resort. The owners are so sweet and amazing. I would definitely god back! Cabins were clean and views were amazing! Love this place and my family also loved!

The property was beautiful. There were way to many rules. Also as a paying client and I have use of the amenities on the property, if I wish to invite someone over to eat and use the grill, the guest has to pay. Either pay $10 or they have to buy a drink from the bar on the property. Never have I ever heard of this before.
