We are tucked on the south end of Hill Lake directly adjacent to walking, biking, snowmobiling and ATV trails. Hill City is home to 3 Public Parks, a beach on beautiful hill lake and several small locally owned eating establishments with something for everyone! Come enjoy the fun, quiet life in the woods! Some of our favorite local activites are: Fish & Ice fish Snowmobiling Tennis & Pickle ball Snowshoe & cross country skiing Mountain Bike at Tioga, Redhead & Cuyuna Rent boats or pontoons from R&R or Rapids Marine ATVs Golf Quadna is a peaceful & quiet lake community. \~All guests must be considerate of others in the neighboring area. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated.(quiet hours are between 10pm-7am). Loft is accessible via spiral staircase which may not be appropriate for our smaller guests or guests with limited mobility. Please exercise caution around the staircase. Dock space is limited—please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring a boat that you would like to keep at the dock. Shorter or extended stays available upon request. If additional parking is required please contact your host Operation of recreational vehicles, specifically ATVs , snowmobiles and golf carts shall be restricted to marked roadways only for the purpose of reaching the trail system so designated for their use. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to drive recreational vehicles on townhouse property. If documented complaints are received, additional charges will be assessed No parking or operation of any vehicle is permitted on any other part of the commons area. (Grass covered areas are specifically noted). No long-term dock storage is permitted (longer than 7 days). During peak season and holidays, renters should restrict their use to one day unless expressly agreed otherwise Pool use is restricted to owners and guests and is limited to the maximum number of persons staying on property who may occupy that unit All glass containers, including beer bottles, are prohibited in pool area. Please use the acrylic glasses in the unit for any beverages taken to the pool. The penalty for contaminating the pool is the cost of cleaning the pool, additional charges will be assessed. Other rules are posted at the pool. Common walkways must be kept free of toys, bikes, sporting equipment or any other types of clutter at all times. Foot traffic, maintenance and emergency personnel must have unimpeded access 24 hours a day. Please DO NOT flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet No cooking oil down any drains PLEASE BE CAREFUL NEAR THE LAKE AT ALL TIMES No Smoking of any kind indoors.
