The Space Step inside and be welcomed by warm wood finishes, rustic charm, and modern comforts. • Kitchen – Fully stocked with everything you need, including updated appliances and a dedicated coffee station featuring 20+ random coffee flavors so you can try something new every morning. A breakfast bar seats 3, with a dining table for 6 for family meals. • Living Room – Cozy up by the wood-burning brick fireplace after a day outdoors, or enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV. You can reach me anytime through the VRBO app or by phone/text for questions, recommendations, or assistance during your stay. Whether you’d like full privacy or a little local guidance, I’ll adapt to your preference to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Things to Note • Entry is keyless with a code lock. Check-in instructions will be sent by 3pm on arrival day. • 2 parking spots included (please contact us if more are needed). Rules & Reminders • No smoking/vaping indoors ($250 fine for violations). Outside smoking permitted at least 15 feet from the building. • No large parties or events. • Quiet hours: 10pm–8am.
