No expense spared in this 3 bed, 2 bath home with luxurious furnishings, decor, and appliances. Renovated in 2022, this home features an open floor plan with full smart-home technology thoughtfully integrated throughout. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, a beautiful gas log fireplace and a fully modernized kitchen including quartz countertops and stainless steel smart appliances, accompanied by a whole-house water filtration system and a triple-filtered kitchen faucet. Ample outdoor seating on the front and backside of the home for the whole family to enjoy the pleasant mountain climate. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and a private bath as well as access to the rear deck. Two Guest bedrooms (private Queen, and 2 bunk-style beds with 2 Queen and 2 Twins) share a hall bathroom in the hall. Each room features SmartTVs and quality sound systems, as well as automatic air purifiers and Apple Hubs for ease of use. A mesh Wifi system and two cell phone boosters paired with a generator and backup batteries for each electronic device will ensure you stay connected, even in this private mountain location! \*This is a no-pet property.\* \[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. \] CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below: For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made\* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased. \*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed. For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
