Easy drive to town, we walked a few times. Great walking right near the rental. Kitchen and bath have been recently renovated, and although we didn't cook, appliances and cookware were high-end. Adirondack inspired decor was comfy and serviceable, and adequate for two persons. Improvements? Linens were a little "tired," and for some reason there was no liner or trash bags provided for the Simplehuman trash can, leaving us without a place to dispose trash. Also, the high tech washer/dryer required an app that my iphone wouldn't download. Only cons would be the bed /pillows were pretty uncomfortable (my husband slept on the couch 2 nights) and bedroom could use a ceiling fan. Also- not really walking distance to town.
