Camp Highlands is a destination. With the charm of a mountain lodge, this 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath house is conveniently located on the Atlanta side of Highlands and is just 5 minutes from town. At the center of the main living space is a majestic stone fireplace and large glass windows allowing views of the expansive yard. The open floor plan and large wrap around deck is perfect for outdoor entertaining and enjoying family time. As soon as you arrive, you are greeted with a sense of belonging in this mountain home. The lower level has a gathering room with a wood burning stove and Ping Pong table and it opens up to the outside fenced in back yard, which is also easily accessible to the upstairs deck. The property is large and mostly flat and is a great walking area. Croquet, corn hole and the fire pit areas are easily accessible and ready for your family to make mountain memories. The property is bordered by a pond and is a great spot for relaxing or maybe a canoe ride. There are three bedrooms, 2.5 baths on the main level. Downstairs has one bedroom and a full bath. Main level: California King, Queen+Twin, King Lower level: Queen Fireplace - (one of the most unique fireplaces you may have ever seen and firewood IS included at Camp Highlands) Fire Pit- Wood Stove Croquet available Chipping Green Corn Hole game available Wonderful 'almost flat' walking area Three-night minimum NO Pets NO Smoking \*\*\*\*\*\*IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION\*\*\*\*\*\* When you book your reservation through VRBO/Homeaway, the Property Manager handling this property will be notified by VRBO/Homeaway that a reservation has been made. You will be asked to enter your credit card information, but you will not be charged for your reservation at this time. You WILL be charged a nominal service fee by VRBO/Homeaway. The house’s rustic facade and interior worked perfectly with outdoor setting. We had so much fun playing ping pong and croquet.
