"Every time I stop at O’Hare I stay in this hotel for it is my guilty pleasure. Great dinning, and even if you want to try different cuisines, the options are at a walking distance."

"Great stay for the cost. Water pressure a little low and took long time to get hot. Also website says free billiards. It is not free. For cost can’t really complain though, they should just update their website. "

"The buffet breakfast with the variety of options was excellent. The staff were friendly and easy to talk. The facility and room was clean and the bed extremely comfy. Outback Steakhouse is in the lobby which made an easy and convenient option for lunch and dinner."

"It is very confusing that there are two Sheraton hotels at O’Hare airport the first day I arrived I went to the wrong hotel and of course had to shuttle back to the airport and then to the right hotel it was still confusing even after two or three days trying to talk to a driver to figure out which is the right hotel. Many people traveling, arrive knowing they need to stay at the Sheraton. They don’t have the address memorized and are they anticipating that they are too.
I would also like to complement my driver AliHe was very friendly and helpful. "

"This stay was everything that I needed after returning back to the States from a 3-week trip to Europe. The hotel shuttle was convenient and faster than what I read in other reviews. My bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. They even had room service, but after 20 hours of traveling, I skipped dinner and just showered and went to bed.
I had read a review from another woman staying there alone where she was made to feel uncomfortable by a man claiming to be maintenence trying to come into her room. This scared me and should be something that all women traveling alone should be wary of, so I want to note here that nothing like this happened to me during my 1-night stay. My room was on the first floor facing the parking lot, so I immediately shut the curtains so nobody could see in. The room had both a deadbolt and a door stopper thing that wouldn't let it open more than an inch even if someone were able to get past the deadbolt. So fortunately nobody tried to get in my room, and even if they did, I trusted that the door could not be broken into. "

"Great little hotel in the Lincoln Park/Lakeview neighborhood. Super convenient and walkable to many places. Staff was terrific - helpful, knowledgeable, polite. There is parking at a discounted rate, but no in/out privileges, so plan accordingly."
