The upstairs unit is also used for a short term rental. Guests may or may not be occupied during your stay. You can also book both units for larger families! Please ask for availability! Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately. \- The booking guest must be over the age of 25\. Verification may be required. \- No smoking is allowed in the home or on the property. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay. These rules are in place to ensure you have a great stay while also adhering to the owner's rules and avoid disturbing our fellow neighbors. Please take the time to read these rules and share these with your guests. \-We may be able to accommodate early check in or late check out- please ask! But at 8 AM, very loud noises suddenly started. It felt like the whole roof was shaking and the house might fall down. We went outside and saw that workers were cleaning the roof. No one told us anything about this before. When we asked the cleaning manager, he said the landlord booked this cleaning two weeks ago, but we, the guests, were never informed. Also, our car was parked in the driveway, and the things falling from the roof could have hit our car at any time. There were no warnings or signs ahead at all. We only stayed here for one night, but the whole stay ended with stress and fear. My kids did mention it would be a summer vacation stay, because of the creek in the back. Overall is was clean and accommodating. Host did their best for all my accommodation.
