"Serene, beautiful location & very clean. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to arrive to a few snacks. Host did a great job with check in instructions and with prompt replies.The living room furniture is not comfy. It's not furniture where you can kick back and relax. The house had a musty / mildewy smell. When reported to the host that we were struggling with the air quality and my husband couldn't stop coughing, I was told the property did NOT have a musty smell and that it was NW Arkansas allergies and everyone was having to take allergy meds to deal with it.I was disappointed and taken aback at her brusque dismissal. While she offered to come over to see what we were smelling, we had already left for the day & had left the windows open all day which improved it tremendously. After we checked out she shared that her husband found that there looked to be an issue with the water heater. Host could improve in the tone of communication. She did graciously offer a 100 credit since we ended up not bringing our pet and had paid the pet rate. "

"Property was perfect for what we needed. We love the pet policy. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Check in and out process was a breeze. Overall house was clean but could you some refresh cleaning on the fans in the bathrooms. One complaint would be that the temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs was rough, I can’t imagine in the summer. Luckily there are a few box fans to help move the air. "

"We were in for a family wedding and needed a space to spread out and get ready while also relaxing in the down time. This was perfectly located and so quiet and peaceful. Everything was great. There were a few items that needed addressed and I quickly messaged the host. Sounds like those items were recently damaged and are things that will take time to fix. My only complaint is the water. It does have a smell and didnt go away. We bought our own water to use for everything. This was fine for a short stay but if you are staying longer, You need to plan to buy lots of bottled water. Sitting in the sunroom watching the creek and all of the wildlife was so nice. We all loved the space. "
