Dear Dawn, We certainly would have notified you earlier but we just found out on Friday ourselves . As far as a reduced rate, the use of the pool is not included in your rate, the rate you paid was for the actual room and breakfast. Again I apologize for having no control over contacting you earlier about the closure.

Dear Jordan,Unfortunately we have a meat processing plant and a couple of feedlots that the wind sometimes takes the smell our way. I apologize for staff not being able to assist , I will followup with our team and see if we can improve in that area .

I apologize that we did not meet your service expectations, however based on the majority of our reviews guests are quite pleased. I will certainly try and ensure that food is plentiful before anyone has to ask, I will talk with the team. Breakfast is from 6 -9:30 am.

Dear Rick, I completely understand, when I returned from my days off I was in the stairwell. We have recently carpet cleaned the entire stairwell that made a huge difference. I hope you will return.

Yes Adam I do apologize for the pool and hot tub, the boiler is still out of commission due to unavailability of parts but hopefully will up soon, I wish I could control things like that . I sure hope you will give us another chance ?
