El hotel en si es muy básico, no es el mejor hotel, pero si es cómodo y limpio. Los empleados no están muy capacitados para atender o brindar servicio al cliente como se debe. Pésimo servicio en un hotel promedio.

The service was good but I had to reactivate my keys everyday because they would not open the door, one day I had to reactive it 4 times.

Great staff and hotel
I had a slight mess up with my check in process, but once I brought it up I received a call from the owner of the hotel himself and got the issue resolved right away. We always stay at this hotel when we come to visit my family and have always found the staff friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The hotel and room have always been clean and well maintained. Will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Good hotel. Excellent quality.
My experience was good. The service was excellent. All the employees are very attentive and helpful. The hotel has a good setup: the parking lot is next to the rooms and makes it very easy to unload the luggage. My main concern when staying in Parral was the safety of my family: my family and I felt safe during our stay. The continental breakfast is adequate and there is an attendant to help if there is an issue.

Well located in Parral, easy to get to. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very well protected from noise and parking very convenient and secure. Room was clean. Hot water for shower a bit lacking but the place was completely full when I stayed there.

Good hotel close to downtown area.
Hotel has a fairly new construction you can tell it's been in bussines for a couple of years. Great staff attention. Air conditioners are window units and are a little noisy. Only two floors, if you get a room up stairs. No pool only a jacuzzi. Free breakfast can't beat that. Would stay again any day.

Bang for your buck
We were visiting for a wedding and were told that this hotel is very comfortable and is well communicated to the city. We took their word for it and weren't disappointed. Upon arrival the attendant was busy attending to several guests before us, yet greeted us kindly and quickly had us checked-in. The rooms are extremely spacious which we did not expect for such a good price. The entire hotel is clean and our room was especially spotless. I found the bed to be comfortable, but I can't say the same for my husband who expressed he found it to be hard. We stayed up late, so we missed out on enjoying their breakfast, but the city center, which has been recently renovated, is 5 minutes away by car where you'll find lots of shops and great places to eat.

Sleepless in Parral
The hotel was what I expected, average, clean and with a parking lot. HOWEVER, I AM NOT RECOMMENDING this place and WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN since thanks to inconsiderate guests my family and I weren’t able to sleep the two nights we stayed there. Guests kept yelling and kids kept running and screaming down the hall all through the first night. The second night I called reception at 3:30 AM to ask them to get like over 10 people in the hallway and parking lot to SHUT up and also to get them to turn their cars’ radio off since it was really loud inside the hotels tiny parking lot. After waiting for one hour without success I called reception again and was told that their security guard was ignored so I suggested that I could call the police for them. They told me it wasn't necessary but that seemed to work because the noise went down but not much and by then I was so tired I fell asleep. I had selected this hotel based on its reviews and ratings so I never expected this. One last thing, when I called reception the first time, the guy asked if the music came from a next door night club.

Nice Hotel
We don't speak much Spanish and they were able to get someone who spoke a little English...which we really appreciate. They didn't have the room we requested available so we were upgraded which was very nice. The room was clean and our moto had secure parking right in front of our room. We would stay here again!
