Laurel Cove is on the northern shore and features some beautiful terrain with hilly topography which not only makes the drive in stunning but also a beautiful part of the lake for boating and exploring. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ID REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. Our approved third party partner, Charge Automation, will verify your ID and collect your details to authorize the credit card hold for the security deposit. The security deposit is an authorization hold, not a charge. It's a temporary hold placed on your credit card the day before arrival; reserved to cover damages to the property. Once the property is inspected after your departure, the hold will be released. If you have questions, please contact us before booking for more details.
For the security and safety of all our guests, this property has Ring cameras that monitor the front and rear exterior of the property. All cameras record video and will be ON during every reservation.
- Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host.
- No more than 12 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
- No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
- No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
- If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the house. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
- Quiet Hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Respect the neighbors. Complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Yes, they have our number.
