CLEAN place and many extras included. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. Martha stopped by and messaged us to make sure everything was OK and asked if we needed anything. The people before us did not clean their dog dirt up so I did. Shame on them. Martha allows pets with a few simple rules and it was rude to not clean up after your pet.
