Every day is a vacation when you start the morning with matchless vistas from the balcony. Things to Know Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Convenient for lake access and areas around Hiawassee. Use of the covered boat dock and designated trailer parking area made bringing our fishing boat a breeze. There was even power available via extension cord to charge trolling motor batteries overnight.
