"Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, völlig unkompliziert.Alles war tip-top vorbereitet inklusiv Babybett zum Beistellen.Wir hatten noch die letzten heissen Tage im August und haben den Naturpool jeden Nachmittag nach den Ausflügen genossen - ausser an einem Regentag.Der Spielbereich mit Rutsche, Schaukel, Klettergerüst und Tischtennisplatte war eine prima Ergänzung zum Pool.Die Küche und der Essbereich sind groß und funktional - wir haben für acht Erwachsene und drei Kinder gekocht - kein Problem.Ab dem zweiten Tag haben wir dann auch den morgenlichen Brötchenservice genutzt - super.Der Skistall, eigener Eingang direkt neben Haustür, war ebenfalls prima - einfach alles direkt abstellen ... Fahrräder, Fahrradanhänger, Kinderwagen.Wir haben unsere Tage dort sehr genossen.Nochmals Danke & Grüße nach Tirol!"

Convenient modern apartment in Soell, close to the ski lift

"Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber. In der Küche ist alles da aber die Oberschränke hängen sehr hoch. Für eine Frau teilweise schwierig zu erreichen. Der Müll ist sehr klein und ein Windelmülleimer wäre nicht schlecht. Zwei Steckdosen im Wohn-Essbereich waren locker. Es gab genügend Handtücher im Bad aber da kein Fenster im Bad ist und die Lüftung nur läuft wenn das Licht an ist, trocknen die Handtücher schlecht oder man muss sie im Schlafzimmer aufhängen, was ich aber auch nicht optimal finde. Im Flur gibt es viele Schränke mit genug Stauraum. Die Fenster der Wohnung wurden nicht mit renoviert. Daher sind sie schwerfällig beim Öffnen und Schließen und der Straßenlärm ist deutlich zu hören. Die Matratzen im Bett waren bequem und auch das Schlafsofa war gut. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt. Es gibt einen Schlüsseltresor an der Tür. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Nur ein Katzensprung zum Hexenwasser oder zur Bergbahn in Scheffau."

"Wir waren mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung und sind absolut begeistert. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir unglaublich herzlich und freundlich von der Eigentümerin empfangen. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war sie jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen – ein wirklich toller Service!Die Ferienwohnung ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und perfekt auf Familien mit Kindern abgestimmt. Es gibt zahlreiche Spielmöglichkeiten für Babys, Kleinkinder und auch größere Kinder – hier kommt wirklich jedes Kind auf seine Kosten. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass wir uns beim Packen keine Gedanken um Spielzeug machen mussten, da vor Ort alles vorhanden war.Auch für die Kleinsten ist bestens gesorgt: Fläschchenbürste, Flaschenwärmer und ein Trockenständer für Fläschchen standen bereit – solche durchdachten Kleinigkeiten machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm.Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft. Die wunderschöne Aussicht lädt zum Entspannen ein und der Garten mit Schaukel, Sandkasten und Spieltisch war für unsere Tochter ein echtes Highlight. Die Esel und Ziegen in unmittelbarer Nähe haben den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht und für strahlende Kinderaugen gesorgt.Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Ferienwohnung von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Für Familien ist sie ein echtes Paradies. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt gerne wieder!"

"This place is amazing. Very friendly staff, great food, ski in & ski out. You truly feel like you’re on vacation here. Just watch out for the access road in the winter. It snows very often since the hotel is so high in altitude and the road is a long steep incline with sharp turns. If it’s winter time it’s a good idea to have chains for the tires. Overall loved the stay, my favorite part of the trip "

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was modern and comfortable. Great views, with a large balcony. Ski bus stop is next to the property. The town and supermarket were a few minutes walk away. Lenny is a great host. If we’re ever back in Söll, would definitely choose to stay again."

"We spent a lovely Christmas here, they made it very special for us. The hotel is clean and staff is amazing. Ski bus is great but i8t is helpful to have your own vehicle if you do not wish to use a taxi service. The taxi was readliy avaiable and affordable ride to and from the villiage or Gondola. Highly recommend staying here it has a gorgeous view and property grounds to explore s well. "
