Good location and parking, nice staff, nice pools but this year the pools were not as clean as before (some mold in the outside pool), mattresses too soft and worn out, the rooms overlooking restaurant noisy because of the ventilators.

The pictures are bit far from the reality. Equipment on the room quite old, but size of the rooms was big.Internet stable, swimsuit for free but you have to pay for slippers.

Excellent spa stay
Nice pools (adventure, swimmig, massage) and also pools with thermal water from Lake Heviz. Very clean. Good food, excellent wi-fi, plenty of parking space. Possibbility to use pools until 18.00 on the day of departure, they lent bathing robe for free (deposit 5000 HUF). Close to city center and to Lake Heviz.

I liked the nearby lake and they had entertainment every evening. The staff was rude at times and do not get the hard massage or you will be in pain for days.

We had a great family holiday with grandma and 8 yo child Multiple swimming pool with thermal and nonthermal water Pool temperature was perfect very comfortable even on a cloudy day below 20 C Half board was wonderful in all aspects very good selection of different dishes , desserts and nuts at dinner there is no complimentary beverages of all kinds even water ... all of beverages cost money :( Treatment facilities are great with kind and caring people that will speak your language very simply Hotel personal very kind ! Highly recommend this hotel fir any age ! Will b back next year !!!

Grumpy guests in a nice hotel
The stay was very relaxing in Heviz, The whole family enjoyed the lakes and the hotel facilities. The rooms were OK, although dated as is the hotel, but it's clean and presentable. Some of the staff could cheer up a little as could some of the guests, real miserable at times and for no apparent reason. The food and service in the hotel buffet restaurant was of a good standard at all meal times.

Best Hotel in Heviz
I have stayed in several Hotels in Heviz and this Hotel in my opinion is the best overall, great facilities and the food is good.

Fabulous most of the time.
(We went for a combination of business and spa treatments, but I can not choose this option on type of trip.) A very good hotel which rests on its laurels and services. In their own words, they have no season and are always full -so why try hard? Go for the facilities which are top notch and immaculate and forgive all the other faults. Not four star, but you won't care.

Die Unterkunft wurde während unseren Aufenthaltes umgebaut! Staubentwicklung inkl. Reizhusten im Wellnessbereich! Saunen und Salzkammer wurde weggerissen! Lärmpegel so hoch, dass man sich nicht unterhalten konnte!

Hotel állapota inkább 3* kivéve a medence és növényzet ott megvan a 4* Főleg a szobára ráférne egy felújítás. Viszont legalább tiszta, csendes és a személyzet kedves és segítőkész. Vacsora lehetne választékosabb.

Check in, check out takes horribly long time. Didn’t get the products included. When complaining about it, they didn’t even say sorry. Not really a dog friendly place. Thermal water was nice. Though you have to walk a lot to get to the pool

Das Erlebnisbad im Freien ist aus Kostengründen geschlossen. Schwimmen im Freien bei warmen Wasser ist speziell im Winter besonders schön und war ein Grund für die Auswahl für dieses Hotel. Außerdem gab es keinen Ersatzpool für Kinder.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön renoviert. Wir haben uns gewundert, warum dieses Hotel so viel günstiger ist als alle anderen außen herum. Nach dem Service, wissen wir warum. Das Frühstück ist ein Disaster, wenn man jemanden freundlich anspricht bekommt man immer zur Antwort: Kollegah. Die Qualität der Speisen ist wirklich sehr seltsam, alles schmeckt wie Kaugummi und ist lapprig. Die Reinigungsfrauen sind auch so ein Fall für sich, die hauen in den Zimmern rum als würden sie sie abreißen wollen. Wenn man daneben etwas Ruhe sucht, dann fühlt sich das an, als ob im Nachbarzimmer der Abrisshammer geschwungen wird. Erstaunlich fanden wir auch, dass unsere Hunde im Wald mehr kosten als wir selbst. Für drei Nächte 105 € und wir haben das Zimmer picobello hinterlassen. Das ist schon echt ne harte Nummer. Nicht falsch verstehen, es ist klar, dass es eine Gebühr gibt, die kann allerdings so oder so sein. Die Halbpension hat sich nicht gelohnt für uns, wieder ein Buffet welches wirklich sehr schwierig ist in diesem Hotel. Insgesamt werden wir sicherlich das Hotel wieder buchen, allerdings ohne Halbpension und wenn möglich Frühstück. Die Speisen sind extrem anstrengend in diesem Haus. Der Rest ist durch aus absolut brauchbar für diesen Preis absolut akzeptabel.

De wasserijservice is van mindere kwaliteit omdat circa 10 poloshirts en broeken waren gekrompen. 1 kleding stuk had bleekvlekken. Hotel zelf is prima.
