We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if something\`s been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest. NO NOISE AFTER - 10pm and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them complain to local authorities. NO PARTIES - Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule may result in eviction without refund. Any additional time for the housekeepers to attend or inspect the property outside of their usual cleaning will result in additional administrative fees. PHOTO ID - We will ask for photo ID and a selfie of the person making the booking. For 3rd party bookings we will need the photo ID of the primary guest staying at the property. DAMAGE WAIVER - (management fee). As part of your stay, a non-refundable damage waiver fee is included to cover accidental damage that may occur during your visit. This waiver protects you from being charged for minor, accidental incidents such as broken glassware, spills, or small damages to furniture, up to a coverage limit of $500\. Please note, this waiver does not cover intentional damage, negligence, pet damage, or loss of personal items. If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can quickly plan for any necessary repairs or replacements to ensure the property is ready for the next guest. Rest easy - reporting accidental damage won’t affect your stay, thanks to our damage waiver coverage. By booking with us, you agree to the terms of this damage waiver. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable security deposit may be taken as an authorisation hold 2 days prior to check out and released no more than 7 days later. Some or all of the security deposit may be captured if there has been negligent behaviour or intentional damage to the property. EMERGENCY CALL OUT COSTS - If the Fire and/or Emergency Services are called out due to a guest fault (including for false fire alarm call outs) the fee will be passed on to the guest to pay.
