This luxurious retreat accommodates up to 12 guests in four beautifully styled bedrooms, offering the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and leisure. Just moments from the beach, shops, cafes, and restaurants, our charming home is an ideal base for your whale watching cruise adventures. Outside, discover a fantastic barbecue area, a refreshing pool, and an expansive backyard. Up to two pets is welcome - just reach out to confirm they are suitable. Bring all the family and holiday in our large family friendly home only steps from the beach. We have multiple bedding options to accommodate up to 12 guests in our spacious double sized rooms. All linen and bath towels are supplied so you only need to bring your swimming towels. Bedroom 1 - King bed and double sofa bed (upstairs with AC) (sleeps 4) Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds (upstairs with ceiling fan) (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3 - Queen bed (downstairs with ceiling fan) (sleeps 2) Bedroom 4 - Queen bed (downstairs with ceiling fan) (sleeps 2) Pool room - Double sofa bed with box AC (sleeps 2) The children will have loads to keep them entertained during your stay either at the beach, seeing the sites or hanging at home. \* Walk 100m to Shelly beach for a swim, \* Take a dip in the pool at home. There is plenty of room to cool off, lounge around or for the kids to pay around with the pool noodles. \* Play ping pong or darts. \* Climb in the cubby house. After a day whale watching, fishing or having a day trip to K’gari, come home and relax with a wine poolside. LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay. LONG STAYS: All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable. CHECK OUT We don\`t want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest. Had our elderly in-laws with us. A lot of things need major attention. Firstly place is tidy but unclean. Can supply photo’s of everything.As you come in first thing, Front stairs rotten/loose, aircon filters the worst I’ve seen. We had to clean them so they worked. Back door stuffed, pavers out the back are so are wrecked in-law tripped on them. Back deck hand rails are dangerously low/ illegal. Could go on for ages. The place needs money spent on it asap!!!!!!
