 We are delighted to present this elegant, fully furnished one-bedroom apartment, ideally located in Herstal, close to the Hauts Sart zoning. The strategic location provides easy access to local businesses, amenities and public transportation.  
 The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with care. In a refined and cozy style.Underfloor heating is a real pleasure for bare feet! It has a comfortable independent bedroom, opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom with shower and toilet, a dining area with a high table, a living room with a sofa bed, opening onto a small terrace.

 Bedroom: A spacious and comfortable bedroom with carefully selected furniture.  
 Shower room: Elegant and functional, the shower room is equipped with modern facilities.  
Equipped kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, as well as utensils and tableware.

 Access by bus is just as easy thanks to the Lambert darchis bus stop, 100 m away, at the end of the street.
