« This property needs a few improvements but the location is great. The lock box is difficult. It was freezing when we arrived and we spent 10 minutes trying to get to the key. The beds leave much to be desired. The hot water ran out after 5 minutes in the shower. The access steps need some care and the lighting is minimum. There is no roku or way to access the Wi-Fi on the tv, just cable channels. And, as a suggestion, the coffee pot should have an auto shutoff. With some attention this could be...

« We had three families: 6 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 5-yr old for almost a week. In one word, our stay (and this property) was PERFECT! And Doug and Rose were great hosts - excellent communication.As the name "Steps to the Beach" suggests, the beach is quite accessible. Direct 200-300 ft walk from the corner of the house. Peaceful.The adults took the three king bedrooms (each with a nice bathroom); the 3 boys took the room with the bunks, which has bathroom also accessible from the common living...
