Built in 2020, this home features an open floor plan, Chef’s Dream gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, and high-end furnishings. Enjoy 3 bedrooms, laundry on bedroom level, 2.5 bath, and attached car garage. Walkable to shops, restaurants, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and the future Herndon Metro Station. Around the corner (.9 miles) to the Dulles Toll Road connecting Washington DC, and 3.5 miles to Dulles Airport. The main level features a welcoming mid-century modern design, gourmet kitchen with white cabinetry and quartz countertops. work station with adjustable standing/seated desk, and dining. Upstairs includes a master bedroom with the king-sized Soho Tufted Belgian Linen bed frame by Restoration Hardware and memory foam mattress. Two additional bedrooms include overstuffed queen-sized memory foam mattresses. One bedroom includes an attached balcony with outdoor seating. Enjoy 5-star amenities including brand new appliances, high-speed wireless Internet by Verizon Fios, three large screen televisions with wi-fi ready apps, Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime and Disney+. This home is for not events, conferences or groups that want to entertain large parties. We welcome quiet couples or families. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken care of, there will be an extra fee of up to $500. \- Late Checkout: Unauthorized late check outs will result in additional fees, depending on the time of checkout. We clearly communicate our 10am checkout, and our cleaners’ schedule cannot be changed without penalty to us. If you fail to check out by 10am, unless otherwise agreed, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Staying past agreed checkout time is considered trespassing. \- Internet/cable: We provide you high speed Internet as a perk. Any misuse of the Internet, including illegal downloads and copyright infringements will be met with a penalty fine of $50 if discovered. \- Privacy and Safety: This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property and the garage space. We use these cameras to monitor during check in to verify accurate guest count, and review footage if there is an incident. The cameras are only placed outside and in the garage space. This property is equipped with a smart fire alarm and carbon monoxide detector. Any detection of smoke will alert management by text message. Please check to make sure stove top and oven are turned off before going out and bed time. \- Amenity Stock and Restock: We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 5 days of use.
