This Charming 2-Bedroom, 1 1/2 bath guest home is nestled on 4 acres right outside the city limits of Historic Hernando. Ideal for couples or small families, this home offers the perfect escape. Featuring an open concept kitchen/living space & a large master BR w/ an elegant bath suite. Enjoy time outdoors watching tv, relaxing on the porch swing, cooking on the grill, or gathering around the fire pit for s'mores. This home offers a spacious open-concept kitchen and living room. The kitchen comes fully upgraded, featuring quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, and stainless-steel appliances, including a gas stovetop. It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The living room offers a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing while watching the 65" smart TV.  
  
The spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed features a 50" Smart TV and ample storage provided by a chest of drawers and dresser. The master bath includes dimmable lighting, a large vanity with double sinks, a walk-in shower with rainwater showerhead, and a soaking tub for relaxation. Additionally, there is a spacious walk-in closet.  
  
The second bedroom is ideal for children, featuring a bunk bed, three-drawer dresser for clothing storage, and a wall mounted smart tv.  
  
A twin size trundle is located under the master bed and a full sized blow up mattress w built in pump are available for any additional guess you may have.
