"Super cute hotel in downtown Memphis! Staff was really welcoming and helpful. Room was showing a little wear but bathroom was really clean and renovated. Area around the hotel is great, you can walk down to the park by the river or to a restaurant. We drove about 10 minutes to eat at Hattie B’s hot chicken, so good! Loved this hotel and our short stay!"

"The hotel was quaint and decorated in mid century. The staff was so accommodating and very nice. The have a restaurant in the hotel so it’s convenient if you want to grab coffee or a bite to eat. It’s a dog friendly hotel which is great if you want to bring your fur babies along. The rooms are comfortable. My only complaint is that the mattress was a bit too soft and the pillows are too high. Overall I would stay there again. "

"Overall stay was excellent. I do think there are upgrades and updating being done. This is a beautiful clean and well kept hotel. Minor quirks are the elevators need some refurbishing and when we arrived in our room there was Popeyes chicken in the fridge, and the carpets need to be refreshed The people and staff are amazing and attentive. Coming to assist right away. We loved the online check in. I will stay here again the next time I visit Memphis "

"Ive been here for a month now. The only complaints are my card never working on the drink and machine and the key cards having to be recoded twice a week. All in all those are pretty minor things. Front desk open till midnight is a big plus too. I would give it 4.5. The pricce pushes it to 5 if i had to pick. No rral complaints. Ive stayed in 1000% worse"

"A bit off standard travel paths but a very nice pool and larger than typical room size, reasonably priced for a Hyatt Place. Great shower, good staff. Nothing negative to report!"
