"The staff prioritizes poorly behaved, noisy regulars over other guests. Employee ‘Chelsea’ is incredibly rude, invasive, and unprofessional. I’d be delighted to speak with a district manager or regional representative to discuss specific comments and actions made by this individual. My room was not clean. The floor was overwhelmingly sticky and the hairs of a past guest dominated the bathtub. This property appears to be going downhill rapidly. I will not be staying again and Chelsea’s biased relationship with regulars should be evaluated along with her lack of professionalism."

"They room was clean, the bed was nice and comfy, I was able to get top floor which was nice but I was connected to another room via the door and it did make me uncomfortable. For a room that was suppose to be quiet, it was very loud actually. But not to the point where I couldn’t sleep. Enjoyed my mini getaway "

"Room was very clean and had no "motel/hotel" odor. Love the No Pet rule and a/c was excellent! Maids were very nice. Breakfast staff was very nice. Food selection on breakfast buffet was great. Person checking us in was a little rude (made us feel less than worthy for booking through Expedia). We would definately stay here again!"

"The Hacienda Hotel is just lovely. At the entrance, the Courtyard is beautiful with the original fountain sitting center stage. The lobby is elegant and spacious with original chandeliers, fireplace, antiques and historic photographs placed throughout. But the balconies on the 2nd floor were the most special to me. At night, the Courtyard sparkled with lights and as I sat in a rocking chair, listening to the piano playing - it felt magical. Read other reviews for information on the shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, etc. This hotel is beautiful with its Spanish architecture and well manicured gardens. You’ll love it, I did."

"The hotel itself was very inviting, however, the mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable, the couch was broken down as you sank into the couch and the pull out was awful. Definitely could use upgraded on those two items. After checking in, I over heard the front desk clerk telling another customer that she couldn't believe I want wearing shoes, mind you I just drove 17 hours and my shoes had rubbed blisters on my feet. I was only going out to my car to get something I had forgotten. Breakfast was amazing the few nights I stayed there and I felt comfortable with all other staff that I encountered during my stay.."

"The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! "
