These huts preserve the past while offering a cozy retreat. While you won’t be roughing it like the shepherds once did, you’ll still experience their way of life. Each wagon includes a metal tub, once used for washing, storage, and feeding the herd, along with a mess kit, gas stove, composting toilet, and a port-a-potty for convenience. These cozy retreats offer a slower pace, a break from electronics, and a chance to fully embrace the beauty of the outdoors. We loved the quiet peaceful location. The wagon had everything you needed for a comfortable camping experience. I could have used a step to help me get in the bed but once there, we slept like a log. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed in a wagon but they also have cool big tents with kitchens and RVs you can rent. The shared bathroom could have been a little cleaner but was adequate. The location was very secluded & quiet, not one of those gravel RV parks right off the highway. Fun experience. Very conveniently located near Rushmore & the Badlands. ##### Nora G.
