We loved the location and all the tips for things to do in the area and we did a lot of them. The only down side was the WiFi was not very strong which made it a little hard for my husband to get some work done. It also had a smell of dog which was a little hard for my daughter and I . There was also a little bit of damp carpet in the master which I wasn’t sure if that was from a recent cleaning. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay! The hosts were ever attentive in answering questions. The home was comfy, clean and had all the necessities.There was plenty of room for 6 adults although we had to stagger showers since the hot water ran out quickly. Just a short drive to many other attractions in the area. The front and rear deck areas need some love and repair, but overall a nice rental. I appreciated the kitchen having so many items available to us to make cooking for 6 much easier! The owners were easy to get ahold of and communication with them was a breeze. We plan on being back! Only 4 of us. Very spacious room for more. Home is laid out for guests. You do not feel like you are borrowing someones home but in a place designed for guests. All the usual hotel amenities like soaps, shampoos,.hair dryer etc. Kitchen had everything needed if you wanted to eat in all meals. Coffee area had both Keureg or full pot brewing with disposable cups, creamer, sugar, filters, ground coffee and mugs. Super clean. All rooms well appointed and roomy. Quiet neighborhood. Just south of Rapid City and near Keystone. This is place is great without the higher prices that the bigger towns charge. Big bedrooms, living room and kitchen.
