Größe der Wohnung für 2 Personen ausreichend. Schöner großer Balkon, mit Abendsonne. Treppenaufgang im Freien zum 1\. Stockwerk, im Haus dann ein enger Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung. Gartenhütte zum unterstellen von Rädern vorhanden. In der Gartenhütte waren 2 Räder untergestellt, dadurch recht eng für 2 zusätzliche E-Bikes. Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, die Hauptverkehrsstrasse von Bansin nach Heringsdorf ist teilweise hörbar.
