Unwind and relax, just a few steps from the beach, in this quiet, friendly - cozy 2 bedroom apartment with 57 sqm for max. 5 people (4 adults and 1 child aged 3 years). The many maritime objects furnished, light-filled apartment on the 1st floor has a large cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and a large flat-screen TV and CD stereo music system. The living room has a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. It is adjacent to a large dining table in the bay window, which invites not only for food but also for families parlor game. A separate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, toilet and hair dryer provide comfort for a relaxing vacation. At the dining area is a 10 sqm large sheltered terrace adjoins and has all the ingredients for a breakfast in the fresh sea air. The non-smoking apartment is fully tiled. A chamber offers good storage space. Already included in the price is the use of the pool in the partner hotel Admiral. From 01\. Dec. to presumably 29\. Dec., the swimming pool at Hotel Admiral is closed for routine maintenance. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. Use of washing machine and dryer is possible on site for a fee. A parking space belongs to the apartment. On the site there is a lockable bicycle parking space.  
  
Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and a discount of 50% on the regular entrance fees until 31st August 2019 every time you visit the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Row on the beach promenade in the seaside resort Bansin. The beautiful and tastefully furnished apartments are equipped with all amenities. Almost all apartments have sea views. In the house there is a lift and a bicycle garaging. The underground parking or Outdoor parking are included. A washer and dryer in the house are available for a fee.
