Die Einrichtung der FeWo ist sehr veraltet und entspricht nicht mehr mit den aufgerufenen Preisen der Neuzeit. Es sollte dringend renoviert werden. Positiv ist das kostenlose WLAN, allerdings wird dies nicht 24 Stunden am Tag betrieben sondern 21:30 Uhr abgestellt.
