The house is located in a quiet location near the beach, which can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Parking is available for free on the property. Shops, supermarkets, bakery and restaurants are located in the area. The bus stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn is approx. 400 m away. apartment: Modern 4-room maisonette apartment on two floors with covered terrace (with garden furniture) and beach chair and barbecue and sandpit in the large garden. NO SMOKING apartment (110 sqm) with laminate and tiles designed, therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers. The ground floor has a spacious living / dining area with open kitchen (4-ring ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), couch, armchair, coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs, Satellite TV, radio with CD player, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe with mirror and the bathroom with floor-deep DU / WC, hair dryer, underfloor heating, towel dryer and laundromat. About a spiral staircase you reach in the upper floor / attic a combined living room and bedroom with double bed, a wardrobe and mirror, and a sitting area and also satellite TV, radio with CD player. Another bedroom consists of two single beds (each 2 x 1 m), which can also be pushed together, and a large wardrobe with mirror. Upstairs there is a newly built modern bathroom with floor-deep shower / WC and hair dryer. Some of the free extras include Two baby high chairs, a cot, a travel cot (each with sheets) and carts. Thus, the house has a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Your bikes can be accommodated in a lockable storage room.
